Old San Juan first, with its blue cobbles and colonial forts. Then over to Santurce, where the murals of the Santurce es Ley festival cover whole blocks, and the Museo de Arte de Puerto Rico and the Museo de Arte Contemporáneo are a short walk apart. The island has a strong printmaking tradition, and we can arrange visits to artists’ studios. El Yunque is the only tropical rainforest in the US National Forest System, and on Vieques, Mosquito Bay glows at night. Dorado for the beach at the end.
