How We Work

01
Discover

We start with your objective, not an itinerary. A short briefing session covers who is travelling, what the institution wants the trip to achieve, the budget range and the dates.

We then come back with a feasibility note: what access is realistically obtainable, where, and when.

02
Design

We build the route and secure the access. This means written confirmations from collections, studios and private houses, a named speaker or host for each appointment, and a day-by-day itinerary with pacing your members can actually sustain.

You see costs in full before anything is committed, and we revise until the programme reads the way your institution wants to be seen.

03
On the ground

A Das Kabinett lead travels with the group. Transfers, timings, dietary needs, last-minute substitutions and the inevitable schedule slip are handled quietly and in the background.

Your staff stay free to spend the time with your patrons.

04
Afterwards

You receive a closing pack: final reconciliation, the full contact list of everyone the group met, and a written debrief with participant feedback.

Most institutions use it to plan the following year, and we keep the relationships warm in the meantime.

Every Journey We Make Begins As A Conversation:

A place, a question, a collection someone has always wanted to see.

Tell us what your drawn to, and we’ll take it from there.
